The service, which includes the design, and manufacture, allows you to receive turnkey, tested solutions from a one-stop-shop.
The first step for anyone interested in electrical enclosures consists of selecting the right basic design for your intended application. Key parameters to consider include dimensions, building materials, IP ratings and additional certifications. Spelsberg offers different product series that meet various requirements. For example, our polycarbonate enclosures are optimal for uses in areas where chemicals are handled, while the WKE series is designed for emergency electrical systems.

Once you have found the model that best fits your requirements, we are able to fully customise its design. For example, we can accurately define the number, size, shape and position of the entry ports, select lid, sizes and styles, add engraving information such as logos as well as include special features, such as control keypads or emergency stops.
In our facility in Telford, equipped with four CNC machines, we can then proceed to manufacture either complete orders or samples. The latter can be delivered in 24 hours to customers within the UK. In this way, you can quickly check if the final design is suitable for your application.
